Pudu Robotics has opened its European headquarters in Neuss, Germany, bringing together sales, product demonstrations, training, warehousing and after-sales service as its business in the region grows.
Pudu Robotics is a Chinese robotics manufacturer that has expanded into the golf industry with its GT range of autonomous mowers, including the GT7, a precision reel mower designed specifically for golf courses and professional sports fields.
The commercial robotics company says the site is now fully operational. It includes offices, a product showroom, warehousing, training facilities, and repair and after-sales capabilities. It will be used for demonstrations, customer meetings, distributor training and local service delivery, and as a hub for coordinating regional activity. It complements Pudu’s existing European offices, partner network and warehouses in the Netherlands and Germany.
Pudu says it now operates in more than 20 European countries and serves customers in 16 industries, from retail and hospitality to healthcare and transport. It says that over the past two years, markets including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Norway, the UK, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and Poland have each recorded annual business growth of more than 60 percent. Its customers include EDEKA, Albert Heijn, Carrefour, Marriott, Pizza Hut and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. It cites Swiss supermarket chain Denner, which has deployed more than 200 of its PUDU CC1 cleaning robots across its stores.

In Europe, the company has nearly 50 sales staff and nearly 40 technical support staff, a service centre in Germany, and warehouses in Germany and the Netherlands holding complete robots and spare parts. It also works with local distributors, system integrators and service providers. Support is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and other languages.
Bella Sun, vice president and general manager for Europe at Pudu, said: “Europe is an important growth market for Pudu Robotics. As adoption expands, customers need more than reliable robotic solutions. They need local teams and service capabilities that can support deployment and ongoing operations over the long term. Our European headquarters in Neuss strengthens our ability to work closely with partners and customers across the region and support the next phase of our growth.”
