GroundsFest previews: Dennis Mowers, SISIS Machinery and Hunter Grinders

·

Dennis Mowers, part of the Howardson Group, will be exhibiting on stand 50 in Hall 1 at this year’s GroundsFest – and visitors are invited to their stand to see the latest development in stadium mowing.

Built on proven design principles and shaped by feedback from turf professionals, their new stadium finishing mower delivers the reliable performance and high-quality finish you’re used to, now available in a lighter, more agile package.

With a legacy spanning over a century, Dennis Mowers are used at some of the most iconic venues in world sport, as well as at grass-roots level – across football, rugby, cricket, and golf. Built in the UK and trusted by turf professionals globally, Dennis machines combine exceptional cut quality with outstanding durability.

At GroundsFest 2025, the Dennis team will also be on hand to guide visitors through their existing range of mowers, designed to meet the needs of professional ground staff across all real turf sports surfaces.

For the golf sector, highlights will include the Razor Ultra – a high-performance pedestrian mower delivering a superb cut on fine turf surfaces; the Simplex  – a compact and efficient cylinder mower ideal for tees and surrounds, and the Dennis gang mower, which offers ease of use and operational reliability for wide-area mowing.

In the football and rugby category, visitors can get up close with the popular Premier cylinder mower – known for stadium presentation and match preparation, as well as the versatile G860 mower with interchangeable cassettes. Also on show will be the ES-34R, a quiet and powerful electric rotary mower designed to deliver a consistent, clean finish even in challenging conditions.

This year’s GroundsFest provides the perfect opportunity to see the Dennis E-Series, which feature low-noise, low-vibration and environmentally friendly battery technology, allowing users to save on running costs and improve their user-experience.

For cricket grounds, Dennis will be displaying the battery-powered ES-510, known for its versatile cassette-based system, which allows grounds staff to switch between scarifying, brushing, verticutting, and mowing with ease. The ES-22U, which is ideal for delivering a flawless finish on wickets and the ES-760 for cricket squares and outfields will also be of interest, delivering the benefits of battery-powered mowers and the same performance as their trusted petrol counterparts.
