New Intelli360 makes fleet, staff and resource management more efficient.

Toro continues to push the boundaries of innovation in golf course maintenance with the introduction of Intelli360, a cutting-edge fleet management tool designed to bring around the clock efficiency and connectivity to course operations.

“As an all-in-one digital solution, Intelli360 exemplifies Toro’s commitment to advancing turfcare technology,” says Jon Cole, Divisional Business Manager at Reesink Turfcare. “By leveraging the capabilities of connected equipment and intuitive data management, it will redefine golf course maintenance.”

Building on the foundation of Toro’s myTurf Pro, Intelli360 takes things one step further and provides a centralised platform that streamlines fleet management, machine repairs and resource allocation – providing course managers with the real-time insights required for proactive decision-making.

Locate and track equipment

Imagine knowing where your equipment is, what it needs and how it’s used every day – complete visibility, no matter where it is on the course. This is now a reality thanks to the interactive map feature that easily tracks machine location, operating status and maintenance requirements.

This level of detailed data allows work orders to be created and labour required to be scheduled all in one convenient place to improve efficiency, productivity and utilisation – meaning users can easily plan ahead.

Prevent downtime

Downtime can be prevented by setting due dates in one central place and ensuring each piece of equipment gets the maintenance it needs at the right time.

The intuitive dashboard can be accessed through any web-enabled device, allowing course managers to conveniently schedule labour and manage parts inventory remotely.

An investment in the future
With ongoing support and functionality improvements

continuously being developed by Toro, users can expect a product that gets better with time and adapts to evolving industry needs.

New features are already on the horizon, including the ability to find and order inventory parts for planned maintenance, get instant notification of equipment faults for faster repairs and the much-welcomed integration to Toro IntelliDash.

Order parts

With Intelli360 it’s possible to find and order parts based on planned and upcoming maintenance. It will send a notification when stock is getting low so orders can be placed well in advance and you know you have the supplies you need on site.

Diagnose fault codes

If an issue arises and your equipment throws a fault code, you’ll easily see the alert in your Asset List or Asset Map and be able to address it quickly by seeing a fault code description and initial steps to resolve it.

IntelliDash for intelligent irrigation

Access the IntelliDash dashboard from within Intelli360 for essential information about the course’s agronomic conditions.

From weather and radar streams to evapotranspiration forecasts and irrigation data, it’s all easily accessible via Toro and third-party widgets.

Toro’s research and development teams are constantly raising the bar of turfcare technology and Intelli360 sets a new standard for connected fleet and course management, combining real-time data, intuitive design and seamless integration of tools to shape the future of golf maintenance.

Commenting on how Intelli360 will impact the industry, Jon Cole adds: “From labour and operations to weather conditions and irrigation, there’s a lot that connects the systems and equipment golf course professionals depend on to make operations run smoothly. With Intelli360, Toro is essentially giving users everything they need to be proactive in planning, allowing them to work productively and bring everything together in one place for efficient management, streamlining operations across the entire facility.”

It’s the next step in intelligent technology making a real-time, practical difference to course operations. Reesink places such stock in the value this and other new emerging technologies such as autonomous mowing, will bring to the industry, it has developed a new role to reflect how these advanced technologies are expected to drive the business in the future.

As such Lee Rowbotham has accepted the role of GeoLink and Digital Specialist at Reesink Turfcare and is available to discuss how this technology works and will boost productivity.

Jon concludes: “Lee will spearhead the introduction of further new products and technologies and work closely with our dealers and sales team to drive sales, support and training on these product lines. This will be a vitally important role for Reesink as more and more GPS, digital and advanced technologies are brought to market.”
