Now could be the perfect time to get a course measure completed while the course is closed.

The Eagle Course Measurement Service is quick, efficient and conducted in accordance with Covid-safe guidelines.

A golf course must have a verifiable course measurement for each set of tees with a ‘Course Rating’ over which authorised formats are to be played. The course or club must inform the authorised association (that is the national or regional association) of any significant course alterations, particularly length changes, that could affect issued course ratings and slope ratings.

Each hole must be measured to the nearest yard / metre, for each set of tees from a permanent distance marker, in accordance with the procedures outlined in the course rating system.
