Autumn Green BiO is a new (3-0-12+8Fe+6CaO+2MgO) micro granular formulation with the addition of a BiO Pack and Zeolite.
The product offers a combination of essential ingredients to ensure enhanced plant health, improved disease resistance, rapid green-up and extended two to three months of colour; the incorporation of zeolite, reduces leaching and improves cation exchange capacity.
Potassium is very mobile within the rootzone and subject to rapid leaching. The potassium in Autumn Green BiO provides a constant top-up, so essential for an improved root system.
Conversely, calcium is quite immobile within the soil so a continuous supply to the plant is required, as a deficiency of this nutrient will lead to stunted roots and limited nutrient uptake.
Carbohydrate storage increases as the growth of the plant slows down and the temperatures cool in the autumn. It is therefore essential that sufficient potassium, are maintained to prevent reduced levels of Adenosine Triphosphate – the energy source that drives all metabolic activity of plant cells produced during photosynthesis.
The dual source of iron in Autumn Green BIO provides extended colour for two to three months. The addition also of magnesium, the central element of chlorophyll, gives colour, but also improves the utilization of iron.
Autumn Green BiO contains seaweed and lignite which, when applying at 35gm/mt, is the equivalent of eight applications of a liquid seaweed. Lignite and seaweed improve cytokinin and auxin production, promoting cell division and elongation.
