Bernhard and Company educating World Cup groundsmen

On the eve of the FIFA 2018 World Cup, Bernhard and Company was preparing to explain how groundsmen in Russia have been using their sharpening equipment to achieve the best of their machinery. Whilst the eyes of the world were fixated on the players, some of us have been scrutinising the playability and quality of the turf.

This is why, Bernhard and Company’s Russian distributor, Golf Technology, introduced the sharpening systems into three venues, and with training and support, they have helped groundsmen achieve the best turf quality, ready for the largest football tournament in the world.

Renata Mundim, Bernhard and Company’s turf health expert went to Russia to meet them all.
